The Common areas are arranged in an open floor plan with two special components that define use zones within the loft-like space. The egg shaped office component is composed of glass and steel; it can be open or closed by four swinging and sliding panels, and separates the master bedroom suite from the living and dining areas. The Kinetic Island element is composed of wood and steel, containing an entertainment center and cooking and eating facilities, and separates the kitchen from the living and dining ares.
