Ballard Gear Shed

The structure extends the existing driveway and frames a courtyard with a covered porch for van maintenance, gear loading, and outdoor gatherings. The north side houses a large storage garage with exposed roof trusses, and the south side provides a flexible space with a bathroom, kitchenette, and loft. Vertical cedar siding and standing seam metal roofing match the existing house, and plywood-clad interiors with concrete floors provide a durable, utilitarian space.
