Dean Nota Architect is an established Los Angeles firm with over twenty years of experience in custom residential and commercial projects. We are located in Hermosa Beach, a coastal suburb of metropolitan LA. Our current work includes proposals for custom residential and commercial buildings for sites in Los Angeles and across the weste United States. Dean Nota Architect sees the creation of buildings as an open, collaborative process involving clients, consultants, public agencies and builders. Our architecture grows out of a search for unique, meaningful solutions to each client’s program and site, grounded in a tradition of Southe Califo ia mode ism. The work continues to be guided by a design process rooted in the belief that context, structure, appropriate technology, natural light, and spatial orientation are the essential ingredients of architecture.
