Freedom Residence

This Residence straddles the Wyoming-Idaho border, and rests on a huge extrusion of ancient lava. The rock formation informs the color choices of the rammed earth walls of the structure. The rammed earth walls organize the plan into public/private spaces and frame views of the valley and hillside beyond.
