JENDRETZKI LLC SANTA MONICA PAVILION
Description
This 1,500 SF work and studio pavilion completed in 2013, added to an existing mid-century house in the Rustic Canyon area of Santa Monica, provides for the needs of a high functioning Los Angeles-based film maker family and their love for Scandinavian design. By utilizing a muted material palette of light toned wood and glass we were able to harmoniously engage the southern California sun and create a tranquil work studio and inviting home. The exterior façades are finished in board-and-baton, steel and glass.
