Sprocket Design-Build, Inc. is an Architecture and Construction firm offering design-driven project management for commercial and residential construction, specializing in urban-infill projects. As an architect and builder, company president, William Moore, AIA, has designed and built commercial and residential projects in the Colorado front range as well as in North Carolina and the San Francisco Bay area.
Focusing on urban infill projects allows Sprocket to capitalize on interesting architectural opportunities and create projects that complement the unique vibrancy of each neighborhood. The construction craft and adherence to design intent is of utmost importance to the project team and providing architecture and construction services as one unified company allows for a more efficient project delivery than the traditional development model. The complementary business and design goals as well as direct communication ultimately contribute to the successful execution of each project.
